Current students, graduates or past students of Pickett County High School can request transcripts via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax request to 931-864-6297. No phone request. Please include current name and address, name at graduation, date of graduation, date of birth and name and address of institution receiving transcript. There is no charge for transcripts but please allow up to three business day for processing. If school is not in session transcript request will be process as soon as we return. To replace a lost diploma fill out a duplicate diploma request, $10 money order and mail to the department of education.
Current students can fill out a transcript request form in the guidance office. Please remember to fill one out for each college or university you may be applying to. Also some scholarship programs require transcripts as well.
